As a member of the Nedcann team, the administrative assistant would take active role in day-to-day duties. You will play an important role in organizing and managing regular office activities. As administrative assistant you will be as well responsible for clerical and organizational tasks like file organizing, scheduling appointments, replying on email, research and collect information and drafting correspondences or messages. You will also use computers extensively to work with spreadsheets, create presentations and reports, manage databases.
Coordinate and schedule meetings and conferences
Handle and coordinate active calendars
Write and reply on email
Create business presentations
Oragnize business related trips
Review and maintain computer files
Conduct data entry
Assist in the coordination of administrative functions and clerical duties
Research and collect information
Collect information on administrative matters
Responsible for preparation of confidential documents and reports
Maintain meeting minutes
Prepare accurate reports
Fluent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Ability to type a certain rate of words per minute
Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Attention to detail
Ability to multitask
Familiarity with graphic design will be considered a plus
