In the past 5 years Ivana has gained a lot of experience in the field of medical cannabis industry. Due to the excellent knowledge of GMP standards Ivana brings quality, professionalism and determination to achieve more goals together with and within our Nedcann’s team of professionals and company. With her experience in production, and also in legal (government) part of production of medical cannabis in our country and also from writing the SOPs to implementing them on site, from purchasing the equipment to qualification and validation on equipment and process. Due to several passed inspections and audits Ivana has gained a knowledge about the principles that are significant in the pharmaceutical as well the medical cannabis industry. Complementary with this goes along her rich experience as an outside collaborative teaching assistant in University „Goce Delchev“ in Shtip, in the Faculty of Medical Science, in the field of subjects related to plants such as pharmacognosy, phytochemistry, biochemistry and pharmaceutical botanies from 2018 till 2022. Ivana is a passionate learner and always keeps educating herself. Very organized and dedicated to work. Other qualities that she possess are her high level of professional skills, team-work, presentation skills, great work ethics and astonishing management abilities with employees.

Last, but now least Ivana’s Master degree is obtained in University Goce Delchev Shtip, and also from 12.2023 she is a professional Pharmaceutical Technology Specialist.
